Paint n Pause is a cozy, small-group or one-on-one art experience designed to help you slow down, unwind, and create at your own pace. No pressure, no rules—just color, texture, and the space to let your mind rest while your hands play.

Rootlight Reiki Sessions
A gentle fusion of Usui Reiki and intuitive energy work to ground, clear, and recharge your system.
Each session is a quiet rebalancing guided by what your body and spirit most need in the moment. Through (optional) touch, presence, and subtle energetic flow, Rootlight sessions help you release what’s heavy, realign your inner current, and return to yourself — steady, centered, and softly renewed.
(30- or 60-minute sessions, offered as in-person or distance.)

An Art Mentorship for Youth
Nurturing Creativity, One Artist at a Time
A one-on-one mentorship for young artists ages 9–21, created to foster their creativity, confidence, and curiosity. Whether they’re just beginning to explore art or diving deeper into a medium they love, this mentorship offers gentle guidance, encouragement, and support every step of the way.
