Right in Plattsburgh, NY! 1080 Military Turnpike, Suite 2.

Who can participate in your offerings?

I have offerings for all ages! All are welcome. If you’re unsure about a specific offering being age available - just reach out!

Do I need experience in art?

Not at all. Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or have years of practice, our offerings meet you where you are.

Are all of your offerings 1:1 or are there any group offerings?

The majority of my offerings are 1:1, but some such as paint ‘n pause can be booked as a group! Be on the lookout, too, for some events will pop up for groups!

Can I gift a Fernlight experience?

Absolutely!! Gift certificates or workshop spots can be gifted. Just reach out!

Do you offer online or distance services?

Yes. Some services can be offered remotely, especially Rootlight Reiki & sometimes some creative workshops.

What are your credentials?

I’ve trained and am certified in Usui Reiki through Master/teacher level (though I don’t resonate with that title) through my own Reiki teacher in Malone, NY. I am a certified 200hr Hatha yoga teacher from the previously open Yoga School; Flying lotus in Canton, NY. I am also a certified 200hr Kundalini yoga teacher from Yoga Farm Ithaca in Ithaca, NY.

I have a lot of lived experience from my own journey but also from working in the mental health field the last 8 years, and a deep love of self-study. I am often reading and finding workshops and expanding my grasp on things, as I am forever a student.
